💔 Boy’s family shares painful recovery update after terrifying zoo enclosure incident

A three-year-old boy is still facing a long and painful recovery after a terrifying incident at a Cambridgeshire zoo left his family fearing the worst.

The youngster was rushed to hospital after he was allegedly thrown into a crocodile enclosure at Johnsons of Old Hurst in Huntingdon on June 18. According to the report, he fell into an area containing several animals before staff and the zoo owners rushed to help him.

Nearly a month later, his family have shared an emotional update on the scale of his injuries and the difficult medical journey that has followed. They said the child remains in hospital and has already undergone seven operations as doctors work to support his recovery.
